e-Dict started trading in March 2003 when the founding partners Mike Coxall and Richard Sidlin combined their joint 30 plus years of providing solutions and technical support to professional services for Voice and Information Technologies. At that time traditional analogue based voice technology was not able integrate with an ever integrating technical revolution.

Supporting clients in the Legal – Property – Medical – Insurance and Finance sectors with solutions that not only work but help in managing cost improvement programmes (CIP) out of the business, without affecting service and delivery levels and in all cases improving the productivity of the business.
